Shipment processing times

Upon receipt of an Order, it is processed within 21 business days. Following the completion of the order, the order is shipped. Shipping transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery and the methods of shipment available at the time of the order.

 Orders may not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event that shipments are delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. You will be notified by email or telephone if there is going to be a significant delay in shipments of Your Order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Leaf energy Inc ships to international as well as addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Leaf Energy Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Leaf Energy Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
